What It's Like to Freedive to 56 Meters (183ft)


Ben Weiss - FreediverHis curent freediving personal bests are 6:15 static and 42m (137ft) constant. (Deeper than recreational scuba!) Ben says, I haven't really gone for dynamic yet (horizontal distance in a pool), but my target is at least 100 meters.
